Hal-AI App Data Deletion Request

Your privacy is a priority for us. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data stored in the Hal-AI App, simply fill out the form below or contact us directly using the email address provided.

How it works

Upon receipt of your request, all personal data linked to your account will be removed from our systems, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws. This process is irreversible and can take up to 7 business days to complete.
During this period, we may contact you to confirm your identity and ensure the security of the procedure.

What will be deleted?

• Registration data (name, email, telephone, etc.)

• Usage logs and activity history

• Information shared in the app

After deletion, you will not be able to retrieve information or access features linked to your account.
